Our Story
Friday, January 31st, 2020—a date that may seem ordinary to many, but for me, Michee, it marks the day my life was forever changed. At the age of 28, I nearly lost my life in a car accident on a Dallas highway. My vehicle swerved uncontrollably across multiple lanes, and in those terrifying moments, my faith in God was almost nonexistent. Yet, as I let go of the steering wheel, the last words I uttered were, “Thank You God.” I was certain I would never again hug my two-year-old daughter or see my family and friends. But God had other plans—He kept me alive.
Today, I am here to share my testimony and my mission: to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through Conversational Faith-Based Streetwear. Urban Immigrant was born from this purpose. Our brand aims to spark conversations about faith and encourage others to join us in our journey to Heaven, because this world is not our home—we are just passing through. The final stop is Heaven, where we will live forever.
