Pre-Order Policy

At Urban Immigrant, we offer pre-orders for select items not currently in stock. Here's the scoop:

Terms:

• Pre-order items ship approximately 6-8 weeks from the order date unless otherwise noted. We can't expedite these dates, so thanks for your patience!
• We reserve the right to amend shipment dates and will keep you informed via email. Make sure info@urbanimmigrant.com is in your contacts so you don't miss any updates.
• Orders with pre-order items cannot be canceled or modified. Once you’ve placed your order, it's locked in. We hold all items until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
• Shipping fees are fixed at the time of purchase and can't be waived or combined afterward.
• Payment in full is required when you order. Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline provided.
