U.S Domestic Shipping

Urban Immigrant offers standard, express, and two-day delivery services within the United States. After entering your delivery address, you’ll see the available options.

• Our team carefully packages your order within 3-5 business days (excluding US holidays and weekends). Expect delivery in 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
• Ensure your address can receive packages to avoid re-delivery fees.
• Urban Immigrant is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Tracking is the customer's responsibility once the order is shipped. For delays or issues, contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
• We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $150 (before taxes). Select the free shipping option at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Transit times may vary based on the carrier and location.

International Shipping 

Urban Immigrant is pleased to offer International shipping. We offer a range of shipping options which will appear once you enter your mailing address.

• Enjoy free international shipping on orders over $300.
• Taxes and duties may not be included at checkout, and any additional fees, including customs charges, may need to be paid by the customer.
• We cannot edit or modify international orders once placed.
• International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx Express, typically delivering within 7-14 business days.
• We cannot accept exchanges for international orders. Double-check your order before placing it.

Pre-Orders

Items labeled as Pre-Order will ship within 6-8 weeks from the order date. If an item is purchased with an in-stock item, the entire shipment will be sent when all pieces are available.
